Early Nerd Special started as a blog where I reviewed books, movies, and TV shows, as well as muse on various happenings in pop culture. It was basically whatever I wanted it to be. For years, I reviewed books and blogged about my passions, and when it wasn’t fun any more, I stopped.
Then I got a [dream] job as a librarian in a public system, and I started re-thinking the uses of a place like this. I’m still figuring it out.
