In My Mailbox (IMM) is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. This meme allows bloggers to share the books they’ve received over the course of the week. I’m trying to participate in part because I think it’s fun, and in part because I want to keep track of what I’m getting (and how that differs from what I’m reading).
The Dressmaker by Kate Alcott: This one looks pretty intriguing. It’s a little out of my normal genre, but I’m looking forward to it.
Shooting Stars by Alison Rushby: I’ve been hoping to get my hands on this one! So excited.
Unbreak My Heart by Melissa Walker: I loved Small Town Sinners, so I’m super pumped to read this one.
Tessa Masterson Will Go to Prom by Brendan Halpin and Emily Franklin: GLBTQ book for teens. I’m there.
There You’ll Find Me by Jennie B. Jones: It’s definitely inspirational fiction, but it seems like a compelling story.
The Academie by Susanne Dunlap: This one looks like it could be a lot of fun.
Putting Boys on the Ledge by Stephanie Rowe: Looks totally cute.
From the Library:
Chopsticks by Jessica Anthony & Rodrigo Corral: This nontraditional-format novel also has apps for the iPad/iPhone (and a tumblr account). We shall see.
Marilyn Monroe by Barbara Leaming: I saw My Week With Marilyn last week and am a little obsessed right now.
